Yes, there are two locations in town.  One is over by the High School, across from the parking lot on the east side of Tiger Drive.  The second is behind Whaley's and the Consignment shop on main.  Look for a big green trailer.  You can recycle aluminum, tin cans, cardboard, and plastic free of charge!
